Coach Kathleen specializes in middle and long-distance running coaching for athletes of all levels. With a passion for running that began at the age of six during her first cross-country race, she is dedicated to sharing that enthusiasm and helping runners of all ages achieve their full potential.
Coach Kathleen is dedicated to tailoring every training plan to fit the unique needs, goals, and lifestyle of each athlete, ensuring the process is both enjoyable and challenging. A true source of encouragement, she provides not just a training schedule, but the support and confidence you need to reach your full potential.
Living by her core value, "Driven by passion, pursuing excellence," since 2004, Coach Kathleen has guided countless athletes to provincial and national medals in track, biathlon, and cross country. She has also helped many runners achieve their first marathon finish or set that elusive personal best.
